You will be responsible for following areas to empower the department-
Daily basis operations of packaging department, having major involvment in packaging material handling and QA activities.
To ensure the plant GMP conditions as per norms and conduct routine GMP/Glass and Internal audits and close the identified gaps.
Handle the packaging material department independently and ensure smooth processing and no hurdles. Packing material such as Carton boxes, Pouch film, Labels, shrink sleeves, Tin, MS drums, IBC, BOPP bags, LDPE, HDPE Jars, Mono carton etc.
To review, develop and timely modify the packaging material specifications and there circulation with relevant parties as appropriate.
To ensure that the packaging material is being received as per specs, analysis, handling the deviations, joint analysis as and when required.
Have the supplier co-ordination, routinely supplier audits and there performance review, handle the packaging supplier related complaints and make the effective communications/reporting time to time.
Label review and verification of all SKUs as per local legislation like FSSAI, Legal Metrology, EPR and controled formats. To ensure there retention and updated copy use in plant.
To ensure that resolution for packing material at Oil Packing Section, Soya chunks and lecithin are smooth. Identify any non-conformance and immediately report to Manager and plant team.
Suport and ensure traceablity, mock recall and actual recalls. Ensure all the logs and records are in place and updated.
To ensure that all the Packaging related instruments/Equipments are working as per standard, are duly calibrated and serviced as per schedule.
Conduct trainings as per annual training plan and ensure all departments are covered with adequate man hrs.
EHS activities and safety engagement data driving.
Supporting Officer/Executive/Engineer- QA/QC and work as a back up in his/her absence.
Your Profile:
Required - Qualification And Experience
Desired- Bachelor/Diploma in Packaging from reputed institution with minimum 3 years of experience.
Minimum- Bachlors in Packaging background with minimum 1 year of experience.
Knowledge of FSMS, HACCP, food safety standards and FSSAI, Legal metrology
