Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using Cloudflare Workers, D1, and Pages.
• Build and manage serverless APIs and backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and PHP.
• Integrate Cloudflare platform services (KV, Queues, R2, etc.) to optimize performance and scalability.
• Design and maintain relational databases (MySQL, Cloudflare D1) ensuring reliability and performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, performant, and maintainable systems.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize applications using Cloudflare analytics and observability tools.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web application development or platform engineering.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience with Cloudflare Workers, D1, KV Storage, R2, and Pages.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar).
• Good understanding of web performance optimization, caching, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred (Nice To Have)

• Experience with Cloudflare Access, Zero Trust, or Load Balancing.
• Knowledge of Python, Go, or PHP backend services.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or Next.js.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Contribution to open-source Cloudflare projects or developer community involvement
