The position is responsible for effective storage; retrieval and shipping of ingredients and finished product and includes working in materials handling, receiving, shipping and storage & optimum capacity utilization. The position is responsible for ensuring the warehouse activities are following all company procedures & guidelines.

What You’ll Do For Us

  • Materials handling – Movement of raw materials and finished goods, fork truck & relevant MHE driving, bulk tanker unloading, cycle counting, inventory control, receiving and shipping.
  • Receiving – unloading, inspecting, receiving, sampling and locating all ingredients, packaging and finished product that arrives at the plant
  • Shipping – Inspecting, counting and loading outbound shipments, completing all paperwork, preparing shipment samples when needed, relabel, picking and any other warehouse tasks.
  • Production support – ensuring continuous supply of ingredients and packaging to production and filling lines along with timely receiving back.
  • All activities are performed in compliance both with health & safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Ensure warehouse operations including Stacking/storage of materials as per KORE requirement and compliant to GMP & food safety
  • Ensure SAP transactions are done on timely & accurate manner.
  • Own the inventory management and governance in accordance with GMP standards & KORE inventory management guidelines.
  • Communication with production during receiving & issuance of material. Communication with QA on product safety & integrity issues.
  • Develop early Awareness of KO safety policies and procedures; including the ability to identify and report safety hazards, proper PPE, and safe operation of industrial equipment. Partner when needed in RCA’s & CAPA’s for warehouse operations.

Core Competency

  • Well versed with warehouse management systems & SAP environment, sound usage of material handling equipment.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment & possess good communication skills.
  • Good computer literacy together with an aptitude to develop further computer skills.
  • Organised, methodical, tidy and the ability to work in a controlled and structured way.

Education & Professional Experience

  • High School Diploma/ graduation preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role required.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP & material handling equipment usage.
