Videographer and Editor

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Editor with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling through visual media and a keen eye for detail. This full-time, on-site position requires someone who can handle all aspects of video production, from conceptualization to post-production.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and objectives.
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of platforms, including social media, web, and broadcast.
- Operate and maintain video equipment such as cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Ensure technical quality in all video shoots, including lighting, sound, and composition.
- Edit video segments using industry-standard software to create polished final products.
- Incorporate graphic elements and special effects as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve skills in videography and editing.
- Manage video archives and maintain organized records of all production assets.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Videographer & Editor, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of filming techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and sound.
- Ability to work around constraints, solve technical issues, and adapt to new challenges quickly.
- Excellent creative and storytelling skills with the ability to bring ideas to life visually.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of quality in all aspects of video production.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of video formats, compression, and digital workflows.
- Experience in creating content for different media platforms is a plus.
