Job Description
Our client GEM Creatives is hiring a Video Editor (Sound Design & Music) in Lahore.
What you'll do:
- Sound design for every scene: room tone, ambience, footsteps, doors, crowds, small details that make it feel real
- Choose and edit background music that follows the emotion of the story
- Clean and balance dialogue, voiceover and music so every line is clear
- Fix audio problems between AI-generated clips so the sound flows with no jumps
- Final audio mix for mobile viewing (9:16 vertical ads)
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in sound design and audio mixing for video
- A good ear for music and emotion: you know when to build, when to go quiet
- Comfortable in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve (Fairlight) or Adobe Audition
- Knowledge of stock music and SFX libraries and licensing
- Fast, organized and able to take feedback
- Video editing skills are a plus
Hiring includes a short paid test.
