ILA Communication Trainer 

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging induction and process training sessions for new hires.✅ Design and update training materials, presentations, and learning resources.✅ Assess trainee performance through evaluations, quizzes, and practical assessments.✅ Identify learning gaps and conduct refresher training sessions.✅ Coach and mentor employees to improve product knowledge, communication, and customer service skills.✅ Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives.✅ Monitor training effectiveness and prepare training reports and performance insights.✅ Foster a positive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and presentation skills.✔ Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.✔ Experience in training, learning & development, or a call center environment is preferred.✔ Ability to engage diverse audiences and deliver interactive training sessions.✔ Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline.
