SR SEO Specialist

Position: Onsite

Timing: 9pm to 6am (Night Shift)

Location: Johar town, Near Khokhar Chowk

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SEO & AEO Specialist to drive organic growth, search visibility, and AI-powered search presence. The ideal candidate must have 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience and mandatory industry experience in FinTech, Medical Billing/Healthcare, SaaS, or Technology/Devices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and AEO strategies aligned with business goals.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and optimize crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, architecture, and structured data.

• Optimize content, metadata, headings, internal linking, and keyword strategies.

• Improve visibility across AI-powered search, featured snippets, People Also Ask, and answer engines.

• Conduct keyword, competitor, SERP, and content-gap research.

• Manage link-building initiatives and monitor backlink profiles.

• Collaborate with content, marketing, product, and development teams.

• Track organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and AI/search visibility.

• Stay updated on search algorithm changes, AI search developments, and SEO/AEO best practices.

Mandatory Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.

• Industry experience in at least one of: FinTech, Medical Billing/Healthcare, SaaS, or Technology/Devices.

• Strong experience in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and AEO.

• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of search intent, keyword strategy, structured data, and AI-driven search.
