Role Description The Social Media Intern role at YBIX is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The intern will support day-to-day social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Responsibilities include assisting in campaign execution, monitoring engagement and performance metrics, and preparing basic reports to inform future content and marketing strategies. The role involves collaborating with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency, researching trends and competitor activity, and contributing ideas to improve audience reach and interaction. The intern will also help manage community interactions by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Ability to create clear, engaging Social Media Content and apply basic Marketing principles.
• Effective written and verbal Communication skills, with attention to tone and brand voice.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) and basic analytics tools.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team environment.
• Basic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools) and experience with content scheduling tools are a plus.
• Interest in technology and digital transformation, with a proactive attitude toward learning new tools and trends.
