About the Role

We are looking for a creative and AI-savvy Social Media Marketing Executive who is passionate about content creation and eager to explore the latest AI-powered tools. If you're the kind of person who enjoys experimenting with new AI video generators before opening traditional design software, this role is for you.

You will work closely with the Social Media Marketing Manager to create engaging content by combining real-world filming, video editing, and AI-assisted production techniques. The ideal candidate is curious, innovative, and always looking for new ways to produce content that stands out.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos for reels, shorts, stories, and other digital content.
• Utilize AI tools for:
• Video generation
• Image creation
• Voiceovers
• Caption generation
• Editing assistance
• Contribute fresh and creative content ideas during weekly brainstorming sessions.
• Film events, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and employer branding content.
• Transform raw footage into polished short-form videos with strong storytelling and pacing.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, sounds, and competitor content.
• Assist in managing the content calendar and publishing schedule.
• Track content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, videography, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience shooting and editing videos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and short-form content.
• Practical experience using 2–3 AI content creation tools in real projects.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills using tools such as:
• CapCut
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to explain creative decisions and understand what makes content engaging.
• Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills.
• Willingness to experiment with emerging AI tools and continuously learn new technologies.
