About The Role

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and AI-focused Social Media Executive to join our growing Marketing team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, social media trends, videography, storytelling, and emerging AI technologies. You will work closely with the Social Media Marketing Manager to develop high-quality, engaging content by combining professional filming, video editing, creative storytelling, and AI-powered production tools.

We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive, creative, and willing to experiment with new technologies, platforms, and innovative content formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos for Reels, Shorts, Stories, and other short-form content.
• Utilize AI-powered tools for video generation, image creation, voiceovers, captions, copywriting, editing, and content enhancement.
• Develop fresh and creative content ideas for weekly brainstorming sessions, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Cover events, interviews, behind-the-scenes activities, and employer-branding content.
• Transform raw footage into polished, engaging short-form videos with strong hooks, storytelling, pacing, and visual appeal.
• Stay up to date with viral trends, trending sounds, social media formats, content styles, and competitor activity.
• Assist with content planning, scheduling, and maintaining the social media content calendar.
• Monitor content performance, including reach, engagement, watch time, retention, and audience behavior, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Continuously explore and test emerging AI tools and content-creation technologies to improve production quality, creativity, and efficiency.
  
  
  

• 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, videography, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience shooting and editing videos using a smartphone and/or professional camera.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and short-form video content.
• Practical experience using at least 2–3 AI content-creation tools in real-world projects.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in video editing software such as:
• CapCut
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of what makes content engaging, with the ability to explain and justify creative decisions.
• Excellent communication, creativity, organization, and time-management skills.
• A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn, experiment, and adopt emerging AI and content-creation technologies.
