Main Responsibilities:

• Supervises shift operations, coordinating, instructing and scheduling work of operators and coordinating tasks and resources to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Leads operational shift teams and provides training, guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and safe work environment.
• Ensures that all team member receive required instructions in safety procedures, proper use of equipment, performance standards, disciplinary processes, and other workplace and company policies, procedures and practices.
• Monitors operational performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Overseas and ensures all work is completed in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and company guidelines, processes and policies.
• Manages the availability of tools, parts, and resources required for maintenance and operational tasks.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activities, resolve issues and continuously improve processes.
