INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking SeniorProcess Engineer to join our dynamic Wellhead and Skids Solutions team. This role is pivotal in supporting Modular Skid Packages, Wellhead Control Panels, and Pressure Regulation Systems to enhance the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas systems. What You’ll Lead And Deliver
Design process for projects involving Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, Separators, Process Skids, and Chemical Injection Skids.
Work on Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Design for both brownfield and greenfield projects.
Develop essential documents such as the Basis of Design, Process Design Criteria, and Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
Prepare process datasheets for instruments, including flow instruments, control valves, and relief valves.
Conduct hydraulic calculations for pumps and compressors, as well as line sizing and blowdown calculations.
Perform studies on hydrate formation, sizing of control valves, and PRV/PSV.
Participate in and execute recommendations from HAZOP, HAZID, PHA, SIL, and Risk Management studies.
Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, ensuring effective inter-discipline coordination and customer conflict resolution.
Prepare technical reports, carry out design reviews, and engage in dispersion analysis, surge analysis, and dynamic simulations.
Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and hazard classifications.
Support proposal and tender preparation, working closely with the business development team for project bidding.
Travel to customer sites within Pakistan and internationally as needed.
Requirements:
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering.
4 - 6 years of design experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a focus on brownfield and greenfield projects.
Proficient in the design of process equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and process skids.
Familiar with control valves, PRV/PSV sizing, and hydraulic pump and compressor calculations.
Expertise in thermodynamics, fluid flow, and heat transfer concepts.
Experience with tendering, bidding, and proposal preparation is a plus.
Strong vendor management, inter-discipline coordination, and customer conflict resolution skills
Experience in using the following modelling & simulation tools is highly desired: ASPEN HYSYS, ASPEN EDR (Shell & Tube / Air cooler), and ASPEN PLUS FLARENET, FLARESIM, PIPESIM, PIPENET
Candidate should be motivated individual to learn new software applications and technologies for growth in multi skillset capacity.
