Senior Consultant - Data Governance Strategy Execution And Value Realization

Inbox Business Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant — Data Governance to support the day-to-day operation of governance, performance reporting and benefits tracking for the data-and-AI vertical within a multi-vertical Strategy Execution & Value Realization Office, ensuring strategic initiatives are tracked, reported and governed consistently against agreed standards.

Employment Type: Full-time employment

• Operate the governance processes, templates and tools established for the vertical, maintaining consistency with the wider governance offices operating model.
• Perform portfolio visibility and dependency mapping for the vertical, flagging cross-vertical dependencies and issues for escalation where they exceed the verticals authority.
• Track stage gates, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, quality and change requests across the verticals strategic initiatives, maintaining accurate delivery-health status.
• Review solution designs against Enterprise Architecture standards, prepare materials for Architecture Review Board sessions, and maintain architecture decision records.
• Build and maintain the KPI cascade and executive dashboards, portfolio reports and scorecards for the vertical, ready for agreed-cadence reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor business value and outcomes against strategic and operational KPIs, support post-implementation reviews, and help validate that initiatives deliver expected value before closure.
• Develop & maintain governance templates, playbooks and supporting tooling, including day-to-day administration of the KPI cascade tool.
• Support periodic maturity assessments of governance and portfolio-management capability and help implement agreed improvements.

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Management, Information Systems, Business, Engineering) with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in data governance, portfolio/programme governance, or related advisory work.
• Experience operating governance processes.
• Experience building or maintaining KPI dashboards and portfolio reporting.
• Portfolio/programme governance operations, change control); data governance fundamentals.
• KPI dashboard development and portfolio reporting (e.g., Power BI or similar).
• Enterprise Architecture compliance review support.
• Stakeholder coordination and structured documentation.
• CDMP (DAMA) — preferred; PMP or Prince2 — a plus; a BI-platform certification (e.g., Power BI Data Analyst)
