Our client chughtaiz is hiring a SALES EXECUTIVE in Lahore.

• Welcome walk-in customers warmly and actively listen to understand their needs.
• Recommend appropriate Kohler products based on a thorough assessment of customer requirements.
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations to provide customers with transparent pricing information.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communications with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
• Build and nurture strong, trusting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Deliver a high level of customer service aimed at exceeding customer expectations.
• Achieve or exceed individual monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
• Support showroom sales efforts by assisting in product presentations and demonstrations.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
• Utilize customer feedback management tools effectively to track customer sentiments and actions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to coordinate campaign activities and customer outreach.
