What Youll Do

• Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls and other communication channels.
• Initiate conversations with potential clients and introduce our services confidently.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
• Engage prospects in professional and meaningful conversations.
• Schedule meetings and generate qualified sales opportunities for the team.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and follow-ups.
• Work towards individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in training, coaching, and continuous development.

• A recent university graduate or someone who has recently completed their Bachelors degree or in their last semesters.
• Strong English-speaking abilities and confidence in conversations.
• A positive, energetic, and self-driven personality.
• The confidence to interact with new people and initiate conversations.
• A strong willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve.
• Ability and willingness to work in US business hours (US time zones).
• Discipline, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
