Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular market surveys to monitor competitor rental rates, concessions, occupancy, and availability.
• Analyze comparable properties to evaluate AAM's rental pricing and market competitiveness.
• Prepare market analysis reports and provide data-driven recommendations to support rental revenue optimization.
• Audit rental rates, concessions, floor plans, and availability across property websites and third-party listing platforms.
• Identify market trends, pricing gaps, and opportunities to improve occupancy and rental performance.
• Maintain accurate pricing records, competitor databases, and market research reports.
• Coordinate with property management and leadership teams to communicate pricing insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in pricing analysis, market research, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, and reporting.
• Experience conducting competitor research, analyzing pricing trends, and preparing analytical reports.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret market data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with the U.S. multifamily real estate or property management industry is preferred.
