Description

We are seeking a Online Checkout Specialist to review and authenticate content to ensure full accuracy and compliance.

In this role, you will confirm individual identities as part of our core verification process while maintaining precise documentation. You will act as a critical safeguard for quality control, maintaining an exceptionally high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all procedures.

This is a fully remote role with a fixed shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Process user requests for document verification in the inDrive app on time, following the scripts and service quality standards of the unit
• Make approve/decline decisions based on the verification rules for your market
• Meet the KPI targets set by management (volume, handling time, and quality)
• Keep clear notes on each case so that the decision can be checked later
• Escalate unclear or unusual cases to your team lead instead of guessing
• Apply updates to rules and processes as soon as they are communicated by the team
  
  
  

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Confident PC user
• Your own laptop or desktop computer
• Stable and fast internet connection
• Familiar with Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with grammatical accuracy.
