Manager Sales

Maintain & retain all current customers and follow Marketing Mix concept.
·        Search new markets & new buyers for future concern.
·        Responsible to market analysis, markets visit and forecast future growth.
·        Customer visits, Conduct Meetings with current & new customers and share data with CEO.
·      Responsible to share Minutes of meeting with concerns (Imports Manager & CEO) after every meeting with customers.
·        Make SWOT analysis of company sales & products on Semiannual basis.
·        Advise Management on marketing strategies and help to implement effective strategies.
·        Make business portfolios, product portfolios and present to CEO for business development.
·        Responsible for Monthly, Semiannually & Annually assigned sales targets.
·        Responsible to build a strong sales team to meet future requirements.
·        Deal with customers on day-to-day basis regarding sales/product parameters.
·        Deal with the company’s approved distributors.
·        Responsible for collecting data and preparing reports regarding company's competitors and presenting to the CEO.
