Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to support day-to-day IT operations, with a focus on Entrata and other business systems. The role will assist with user access, troubleshooting, system support, device setup, and general IT administration.

This is an opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience, with potential for a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Entrata user access, basic troubleshooting, and system-related requests.
• Support Microsoft 365, email, collaboration tools, and other business applications.
• Assist with laptop, computer, software, and device setup.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account and access management.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, connectivity, and user-access issues.
• Maintain IT equipment, user account, and system records.
• Document technical issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
• Assist with IT projects, system improvements, and other technology-related tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, Windows, networking, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Exposure to Entrata or other property management software is strongly preferred.
• Previous IT projects, internship, or hands-on technical experience is a plus.
