About The Role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead our HR function and partner closely with leadership. This role requires ownership of end-to-end HR operations while driving strategic initiatives that support organizational growth and employee engagement. The HR Lead will ensure HR processes are efficient, policies are applied consistently, and people related matters are addressed proactively.

Essential Functions

HR Operations & Process Management

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
• Ensure HR processes are efficient, consistent, and scalable.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions proactively.
  
  

Employee Engagement and Global Initiatives

• Lead programs and activities that strengthen employee engagement, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct employee surveys, gather actionable insights, and partner with leadership to address key trends and concerns.
• Collaborate on global HR initiatives, ensuring engagement programs and best practices are consistent across locations.
  
  

Stakeholder Communication & Leadership Partnership

• Serve as a trusted liaison between employees and leadership.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership to support informed decisions.
• Advise managers on people-related matters including performance, engagement, and team dynamics.
• Take initiative to address challenges and offer solutions without requiring direction.
  
  

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Challenge the status quo and bring forward innovative ideas to enhance HR processes, employee experience, and team effectiveness.
  
  

Strategic HR Initiatives

• Partner with leadership on strategic HR projects, including global initiatives, to drive organizational effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, policy updates, and new programs that support both employees and the business.
• Take a proactive approach in solving problems and implementing initiatives that set high standards for the HR function.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience managing HR operations or leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
• Experience running employee engagement programs and surveys and using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to take ownership, drive initiatives independently, and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational responsibilities with long-term planning.
