EXECUTIVE SOLUTIONS And PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Job Purpose

• To lead the strategic design, evaluation, and delivery of large-scale ICT solutions for enterprise and government customers across multiple OEM platforms. This role requires deep expertise in multi-vendor environments (e.g., Microsoft, Huawei, Fortinet, Oracle) to provide technical leadership, ensure profitability, and influence sales growth through advanced solutions, business case development, and innovation
  
  

• Lead ICT solution design activities for high-value projects, integrating multi-platform systems across software and hardware domains.
• Provide expert-level technical support and strategic advice to sales and presales teams.
• Review and validate business cases to ensure solution profitability and sustainability.
• Coordinate complex project scoping, resource planning, and execution readiness.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key OEMs, partners, and government agencies.
• Oversee the documentation and compliance of all solution deliverables.
• Act as the technical authority in RFP/RFQ evaluations and customer negotiations.
• Conduct deep-dive technical presentations for internal teams and customers.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, regulatory, and interoperability standards.
• Mentor junior solution designers and develop technical competency within the team.
  
  

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  
  

• Preferably, a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience
  
  

• Leadership and team management abilities.
• High-level verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, actionable designs.
• Analytical thinking and decision-making under uncertainty.
• Effective conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
  
  

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud, Cisco systems, data centers, and hybrid environments.
• Proven expertise in designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective ICT infrastructures.
• Advanced skills in business case development and solution profitability analysis.
• Excellent understanding of government and enterprise procurement cycles.
• Strong grasp of OEM pricing models, licensing structures, and bundling strategies.
• Knowledge of current regulatory frameworks, cybersecurity protocols, and data residency laws.
  
  

• Must have led at least 3 major ICT projects exceeding PKR 100M in value.
• Proven track record in solution innovation, competitive pricing, and successful client delivery. Excellent industry reputation and OEM connections are a plus.
  
  

• Certification in solution architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco CCIE, Huawei HCSP).
• Knowledge of budgeting, pricing strategy, and solution lifecycle management.
• Experience with ICT solution delivery across government or public-sector organizations.
