About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused "L2 Support Engineer" for one of our clients, who are a leading brand in electronics and mobile industry, to join their team on full-time onsite basis.

The ideal candidate will provide second-level support for companys Finance Plus Services, including dealer management systems, merchant applications, and customer-facing mobile apps. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting abilities, familiarity with Android platforms and AWS, and a proactive approach to issue resolution and knowledge sharing.

What Youll Do?

• Provide L2 support for companys Finance Plus services, addressing issues across dealer, merchant, and customer platforms

• Serve as the point of contact for complex technical issues raised by customers and dealers

• Analyze logs and configurations (AWS CloudWatch, Android client) to identify engineering defects

• Reproduce and troubleshoot issues by reconfiguring customer, dealer, or dashboard environments

• Create and maintain support documentation, best practices, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Who Youre?

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• Upto 4 years of professional work experience

• Experience in Android mobile application development
