Supply Chain | Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Main Purpose

Support optimal stock availability across sales channels and customers through effective management of stock allocation process for order processing, including proactive review of demand and supply simulations and customer behavior analysis.

Collaborate across market functions to undertake actions to mitigate risk and impact, while enhancing the business' ability to provide proactive communication to customers in case of out-of-stock situations. Ensure timely completion of daily order-to-cash (O2C) / ordering cycle and identify process improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor customer orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Distribution to resolve order and delivery issues.
• Track customer service and O2C KPIs and prepare reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé policies, quality, and safety standards.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Logistics.
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel and Power BI is preferred.
