Customer Relationship Executive

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to enhance customer experience.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and resolving any issues they may face.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and account information.
- Provide feedback on customer patterns and trends to improve services and products.
- Assist in developing customer relationship management strategies and policies.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or relationship management roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
