We are looking for motivated and confident Inbound Telecom Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right internet, Wi-Fi, and telecom services.
Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls from customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom/internet plans.
• Explain packages, pricing, promotions, speeds, and available services clearly.
• Convert inbound inquiries into successful sales.
• Follow company sales processes and quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience.

Requirements
