Our client Vin Sol is hiring a Business Development Executive in Lahore.

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities by building relationships with businesses that can refer clients or provide regular work to Vinsol.
This is a B2B sales and business development role, focused on lead generation, outbound communication, relationship management, and converting potential business partners into long-term referral sources.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Confidence in making outbound calls and communicating with business owners and professionals.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify prospects, generate leads, and follow up consistently.
A proactive, target-oriented, and results-driven approach.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, and CRM or lead management systems.
Professional telephone etiquette and business email-writing skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
