Job Description

Our client BLUSHA is hiring a Business Development Associate in Lahore.

Blusha is a beauty-tech startup digitising Pakistan’s salon industry. We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Business Development team and help salons discover and adopt our software.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
Connect with salon owners and qualify potential customers.
Schedule product demos with the Field Sales team.
Follow up with prospects to improve conversions.
Coordinate client onboarding with the relevant team.
Maintain lead records and meet sales targets.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in cold calling and engaging with customers.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with spreadsheets or Airtable is a plus.
A proactive, target-driven mindset.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Degrees in Business, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, or related fields are preferred.
