Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support our lead generation teams through real-time analysis, data management, performance reporting and process improvement. This role will work closely with operational teams and stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights, improve reporting accuracy, and support better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead generation teams to understand business needs, monitor performance and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Provide real-time and ad hoc business analysis to support timely, data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain and manage historical business data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve business reports, dashboards and performance trackers.
• Build new reports and analytical solutions based on evolving business requirements and stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data, and communicate findings.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, operations, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
