WADIC is an established architectural and design company providing innovative design solutions for residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior AutoCAD Draftsman to join our growing team.

This position is well suited for fresh graduates looking to develop their technical drafting abilities, gain hands-on industry experience, and build a professional career in architectural and structural design.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D and 3D architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, based on project requirements and specifications.
• Review architectural concepts, technical documents, and project requirements to produce precise and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements and company standards.
• Follow established drafting procedures, quality standards, and documentation guidelines.
• Make necessary revisions and updates to drawings based on project feedback and requirements.
• Perform basic measurements and calculations required for drafting and drawing preparation.
• Review completed drawings for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before final submission.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.

Skills & Competencies

• Valid AutoCAD certification is mandatory.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and fundamental architectural drafting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality technical drawings.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, construction documents, and drafting standards.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
• Must have a personal laptop capable of running AutoCAD and other required drafting applications smoothly.
