Associate Manager – Information Technology | Head Office, Lahore Pakistan

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Associate Manager – Information Technology is responsible for managing effective IT helpdesk services and ensuring the timely resolution of incidents in line with defined standards and guidelines. The role also oversees IT hardware and software, network and security, IT assets, and vendor management to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.

ROLE DETAILS – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Associate Manage IT helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of user incidents and service requests in line with defined standards and SLAs.
• Oversee system administration, including user access, system configurations, applications, backups, and overall system availability.
• Provide effective support for laptops, printers, networks, telephones, and other IT hardware, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and IT applications.
• Act as a Security Champion by supporting IT security controls, access management, security awareness, and compliance with information security policies and procedures.
• Ensure regular preventive maintenance, system monitoring, and functionality checks of IT infrastructure and equipment, including AMC-covered devices.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and coordinate with Head Office IT, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely service delivery and effective issue resolution.
• Monitor outstanding IT incidents and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure, continuous improvement, and reliable IT service delivery.
