Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US, Canada, UK, and other international markets
• Introduce EvolveDash's software development, AI, cloud, mobile, web, and technology services
• Engage with founders, business owners, executives, and other decision-makers
• Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs, challenges, and potential fit
• Book qualified discovery calls and sales meetings for the sales or leadership team
• Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Handle objections confidently and build rapport with potential clients
• Confirm appointments and help maintain strong meeting show rates
• Maintain and update prospect activity in CRM
• Track calls, follow-ups, appointments, and meeting conversions
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets
• Work with the Growth and Sales teams to improve scripts, messaging, and targeting

Job Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, sales development, lead generation, or B2B sales
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong phone presence with clear, confident, and professional communication
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and speaking with senior decision-makers
• Strong active listening, persuasion, rapport-building, and objection-handling skills
• Experience selling SaaS, software development, IT services, digital agency, or technology services is preferred
• Experience working with prospects in the US, Canada, UK, or other international markets is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools is a plus
• Self-motivated, resilient, target-driven, and organized
• Ability to consistently follow up and work toward appointment and conversion targets
