About the Role

As an Operations Specialist youll work with our operations team on a variety of data-driven projects, including generating quotes and onboarding our new customers, all while making top-of-market pay. Success in this role is measured by being extremely process-oriented, methodical, organized, and comfortable working with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and relevant tools. This is a hands-on, high-energy role with real opportunity to grow. Youll work onsite in Lahore, on a U.S. schedule, with direct coaching, training, and feedback from experienced leaders.

• Process new insurance applications, renewals, cancellations, and premium payments.
• Conduct fact-finding to generate and follow up on insurance quotations and endorsements.
• Maintain and update client records accurately in the database.
• Get on calls with customers and insurance carriers to gather information, answer questions, and ensure timely processing.
• Perform data entry tasks with efficiency and a high degree of accuracy.
• Assist in internal and external audits and compliance checks.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies in documentation or company records.
• Handle customers queries and feedback professionally.
• Support the creation of operational reports and analytics for management review.
• Own the successful completion of operations projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Follow established processes to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
• Achieve and consistently exceed project goals and performance metrics.
• Manage time effectively to complete daily goals and tasks.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience, ideally in a high-growth startup environment. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-player mentality, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail, methodical, highly organized, and process-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools like HubSpot.
• Comfortable working the night shift (8pm–5am Pakistan time / 8am–5pm PST).
• Lahore-based and able to work onsite in our office.

• Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Previous experience in insurance operations or a similar role.
• Experience working at a startup.
