Maintenance Engineer is mainly responsible for maintenance and repair of site’s production line, equipment, and associated systems especially Automation systems installed on site. This position requires extensive knowledge of components of production line such as pumps, vessel, and electrical distribution as well as hands-on experience on different Automation Systems. The individual must be technically and digitally proficient having extensive hands-on experience.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance Planning for all assigned areas.
Execution of Planned Maintenance activities (Production Line, Process Vessels, Rotary Equipment, Electrical Network, Utilities, Building, Structure)
Prioritize and manage vendors & subcontractors and other specialists for supporting operations.
Management of the spare part and consumable Engineering stores
Comply with the HSE & OE standards.
Lead corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of with depth knowledge of Health and Safety culture at work field.
Drive / improve technical availability, reliability, and condition of control, automation, and digitization assets.
Establish, maintain, and improve the automation systems installed on site to control and operated process equipment, and utilities on site.
Steward Maintenance KPIs and Support Engineering Manager in Achieving the targets.
Track Maintenance Cost
Prepare and analyze the maintenance data of equipment in terms of Early equipment management, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance time.
Prepare and maintain approved supplier list for hiring the services and supplies based on site visits and previous data.
Identify the training requirements of the staff for maintenance and Basic equipment care and arranging training plan in coordination with HR for the execution of the same.

Can design and implement corrective and preventative maintenance programs for all processing equipment to ensure that equipment performance meets design criteria and to ensure the quality and integrity of product.
Can establish a base line of performance to determine maintenance program effectiveness
Can track maintenance costs
Determine spare part inventory levels to maintain continuity of operational performance
Knowledge of PM Planning and Basic philosophy of industrial regimes of maintenance
Knowledge of safety procedures applicable to working with high and low voltage electrical systems
Knowledge and Hand-On experience regarding SAP PM module
Knowledge of electrical theory and its application
Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair procedures for various mechanical systems including plumbing, HVAC, WWTP / PSTP, steam generators, utilities, drainage, and others
Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems commonly found in public facilities, such as indoor and outdoor lighting systems and timing devices
Experience with PLC S7-1500, S7-400
Experience in PLC Programming
Experience in HMI Programming
Experience in mapping OT Architecture and deploying SCADA and Gateway servers
Supervising and/or training contractors, as required
Generating work order requests and follow-up as required
Documenting work order history when jobs are completed
Documenting all problem-solving efforts related to all repeat problems/issues to avoid rework and to establish a history related to that problem/issue
Can work with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation, both within your work group and outside of your work group
Must have strong communication skills and be a team player
