Logistics Executive

Job description:

• Coordinate daily warehousing and transportation operations across assigned territories.
• Monitor stock movement, dispatches, and deliveries to ensure on-time product availability.
• Liaise with transporters, warehouses, plants, and distributors for smooth logistics execution.
• Track logistics KPIs, freight costs, warehouse expenses, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation procedures.
• Support logistics budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Analyze logistics data and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate inter-plant transfers and distributor dispatch planning.
• Assist in logistics projects, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• Prepare operational reports and provide insights to management.

• 4 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of SAP, Excel, and logistics reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
