Digital Marketing Manager

Cynosure Designs is looking for an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and own digital strategy across a diverse client portfolio. You will combine hands-on expertise in paid media, SEO, social and content with strong people leadership, and bring fresh, modern techniques to everything we deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor and manage digital marketers, content creators and social media specialists
• Set clear goals, assign tasks, track performance and give regular feedback
• Build a motivated, accountable team culture and develop individual skills
• Coordinate with design, creative and client servicing teams for integrated delivery
  
  

• Plan, run and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads and Meta Ads for qualified traffic, conversions and ROI
• Conduct keyword research, audience research and competitor analysis
• Apply current formats and automation such as Performance Max, Advantage+ and smart bidding
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategy to hit targets
  
  

• Lead on-page, off-page and technical SEO, including Local SEO and Google Business Profile
• Run regular audits and act on algorithm and AI search changes
• Analyze website performance and recommend improvements for visibility and rankings
  
  

• Build and execute platform-specific strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and X
• Drive engagement and follower growth through short-form video and trend-led content
• Track results and optimize using data
  
  

• Own content strategy across blogs, video, infographics and social, supporting both SEO and brand goals
• Ensure consistent messaging and quality with writers and designers
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve speed and quality
  
  

• Track performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs or Moz
• Prepare clear client reports and present insights and next steps
• Manage budgets across multiple client accounts
  
  

• 5+ years in digital marketing, including 2+ years leading a team (agency experience preferred)
• Proven record in Google Ads and Bing Ads, with Meta Ads experience
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SMM and content strategy
• Excellent leadership, communication and client-handling skills
• Hands-on with analytics and SEO tools
• Strong project management and multi-client organization
• Stays current with digital marketing trends, tools and AI developments
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred)
• Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Blueprint or SEO certifications are a plus
