About The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established manufacturing organisation operating within the construction chemicals sector. They are seeking a highly accomplished Head of Project (Construction) to lead complex infrastructure and building projects from feasibility through delivery.

This is a strategic senior leadership role within a fast-paced construction environment.

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

On-site role.

Must be willing to undergo a mandatory psychometric assessment as part of the process.

• Manage multidisciplinary teams
• Oversee contract administration & procurement
• Drive risk mitigation & governance compliance

• 10–15 years of progressive construction leadership experience
• COREN registration (mandatory)
• Experience managing multi-million naira projects
• Strong digital proficiency (MS Project, Primavera, BIM, etc.)
• Immediate availability or short notice
