Relationship Manager_Vishwas
Key Responsibilities
- Source and drive business for Vishwas Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. [jobaaj.com], [in.talent.com]
- Achieve business targets related to:
- Loan disbursement volumes
- Cross-sell products
- Insurance sales [jobaaj.com], [foundit.in]
- Build and strengthen relationships with:
- Kotak Bank Branches
- DSAs (Direct Selling Agents)
- Builders and channel partners [jobaaj.com], [in.talent.com]
- Ensure location and team productivity and achievement of sales goals. [jobaaj.com], [foundit.in]
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through NPS and service standards. [jobaaj.com], [in.talent.com]
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams for smooth loan processing. [jobaaj.com], [in.talent.com]
- Drive cross-sell of CASA and Third Party Products (TPP). [jobaaj.com], [foundit.in]
- Ensure adherence to all internal policies, compliance and regulatory guidelines. [jobaaj.com], [foundit.in]
Eligibility / Experience

- Typically 1-3 years (or higher depending on grade) experience in:
- Home Loans
- LAP
- Mortgage
- Secured Lending
- DSA / DST Channel Sales [jobaaj.com], [in.talent.com]

- Knowledge of secured banking products preferred. [jobaaj.com], [foundit.in]
