Animation Artist

We are looking for a highly experienced, versatile, and passionate Animation Artist to join the team. You will be creating animation of game interfaces for one of our games. You will be contributing to the quality of our products, look for points for growth, show initiative and take responsibility.

Required time zone CET +/- 3 hours

• Creating 2D animations for game characters and UI using Unity;
• Creating game special effects using Unity;
• Preparing textures in Photoshop, including arranging textures and creating additional sequences for building elements and effects in After Effects;
• Creating high-quality promotional animations that effectively showcase characters, visual effects, and UI elements to drive audience engagement;
• Creating and editing animation textures, such as particles and atlases;
• Preparing animation materials for software implementation and taking ownership of the animation language in the game;
• Completing animation tables for developers, specifying timings, easing, and parameter changes;
• Collaborating closely with UI artists, Tech Artists and developers throughout the animation implementation process.

• Experience in 2D character animation (3+ years);
• Proficiency in Unity (Must);
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop; 
• Basic drawing skills;
• Artistic taste, including knowledge of anatomy, animation principles, color theory, shape, proportions, and composition;
• Proficiency in English; 
• Experience in creating consistent animation flows using AI, with an open mindset toward integrating AI tools into the animation pipeline;
• Expertise in using Spine (Bonus);
• Portfolio showcasing examples of work in a casual style.
