Senior Executive- Events

We are looking for a dynamic, driven and proactive individual to join our Sales & Events team at TDF Diamonds & Gold. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of society events, exhibitions, pipeline management, and marketing coordination across our Ghatkopar, Chembur and Bandra stores. This role demands high energy, a positive attitude, sharp aptitude and a strong sense of professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify upcoming society events near Ghatkopar, Chembur and Bandra stores
• Shortlist events based on footfall, target audience and business potential
• Coordinate with society committees for permissions, slots and logistics
• Ensure timely planning and on-the-ground execution of all society events
• Arrange appropriate insurance coverage for all upcoming small events and large exhibitions
• Liaise with the insurance vendor to ensure all events are covered before execution
• Maintain proper documentation for all insurance policies and event records
• Update and maintain the pipeline sales data on a weekly basis
• Share a screenshot of the pipeline sale update in all relevant groups every week
• Ensure accuracy and timely sharing of all sales pipeline updates without delay
• Follow up with the marketing team for printing materials for upcoming society events and exhibitions
• Ensure all marketing materials are ready well in advance of event dates
• Track delivery status and escalate delays to the reporting manager immediately
