We are looking for a proactive HR & Administration Executive to manage HR operations and office administration, ensuring smooth functioning of employee lifecycle, compliance, and workplace management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance (PT, ESI, etc.)
Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, grievance handling, and exit formalities
Handle preparation and implementation of Job Descriptions (JD), Key Result Areas (KRA), and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Manage and coordinate employee performance evaluation processes and appraisal cycles
Support and administer performance-based incentive systems
Oversee office administration including facilities, housekeeping, vendor coordination, and asset management
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal procedures
Prepare HR & Admin MIS reports and support management with required data
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR & Administration
Knowledge of payroll, labor laws, and HR processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
