Junior Engineer

1. Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Engineer to support our engineering and project execution activities. The candidate will assist senior engineers in site coordination, project execution, technical documentation, measurements, and monitoring daily work progress.

Freshers with good technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in daily project execution and site activities.
  

• Coordinate with site supervisors, workers, and project teams.
  

• Monitor daily work progress and maintain site records.
  

• Assist in preparing Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).
  

• Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  

• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at project sites.
  

• Assist in measurements, quantity calculations, and material requirements.
  

• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and instructions.
  

• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
  

• Prepare and maintain project-related documentation.
  

• Coordinate with the engineering and project execution teams.
  

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering concepts.
  

• Understanding of construction activities and site execution.
  

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
  

• Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.
  

• Good documentation and reporting skills.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  

• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  

• Freshers can also apply.
  

• Good communication and coordination skills.
  

• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
  

• Candidates should be willing to travel to project sites if required.
