Job Title: Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with practical experience in Tally Prime to handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records and support the companys accounts and finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions using Tally Prime.
  

• Maintain purchase, sales, payment and receipt entries.
  

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  

• Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers and bank reconciliation statements.
  

• Handle petty cash and cash book maintenance.
  

• Assist with GST entries, GST returns and related documentation.
  

• Verify invoices, bills and supporting documents.
  

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  

• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
  

• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment and billing matters.
  

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com or any relevant degree in Commerce.
  

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting.
  

• Mandatory practical experience in Tally Prime.
  

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
  

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting procedures.
  

• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
  

• Good communication and coordination skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.
