Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode for an Robotics Hardware Engineer. Were building the electronics that power our NMotion robotics components — and were looking for someone to grow with us on that journey. This is a hands-on core hardware design role. Youll work directly with the founders on real products that are shipping to customers — from schematic to PCB layout, prototyping, testing, and production-ready boards.

What we Need

• Hands-on PCB design experience — Fusion 360, KiCAD, or Altium
• Strong fundamentals in analog and digital circuit design
• Experience with power electronics and motor control circuits
• Comfortable reading datasheets and selecting components
• Comfortable using lab equipment for testing and validation
• Soldering skills — through-hole and SMD
• Ownership mindset — takes a design from start to a working, tested result

Good to Have

• Power electronics design experience
• Knowledge of robotics components
• Python scripting for test automation
• CAD Design experience
• Robocon, e-Yantra, BAJA SAE, or similar competition experience.
