Malabar Group - ERP Head

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the ERP vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead Dynamics 365 implementation, migration, and upgrades (Finance, SCM, Retail, CRM, HR, etc.)
• Act as the primary businessIT bridge, ensuring ERP solutions meet functional requirements
• Manage ERP program governance, timelines, budgets, and risk management
• Oversee process re-engineering and standardization across departments
• Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems (POS, E?commerce, WMS, BI, legacy apps)
• Lead and mentor internal ERP functional and technical teams
• Manage SI partners, vendors, and Microsoft partners
• Establish best practices for data integrity, security, compliance, and audit readiness
• Drive user adoption, training, and change management
• Provide continuous improvement through analytics, automation, and performance optimization
• Ensure ERP scalability to support multi-location, multi-country operations
  
  

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations / Business Central / CRM)
• Deep understanding of Retail, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Inventory processes
• Experience in large-scale ERP transformations and enterprise rollouts
• Strong program & stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, integrations, APIs
• Knowledge of ERP security, compliance, and data governance
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
