Growth Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Growth associate to support our communication and outreach activities. The role will primarily handle broadcast calls, follow-ups, and phone-based coordination while maintaining accurate communication records.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound business communications through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
• Communicate company updates, announcements, and service-related information to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, follow-ups, and responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries and requests..
• Prepare communication reports and update relevant trackers.
• Support operational and administrative tasks related to business communication.
• Ensure professional, courteous, and effective communication at all times.
  
  

• Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
