Job Title: Audit Trainee

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Audit Trainee to join our finance and audit team. This role is ideal for fresh commerce graduates and CA, CMA, or ACCA students who are looking to build a career in auditing, accounting, taxation, and financial compliance. The selected candidate will receive practical exposure to audit assignments while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in internal and statutory audit assignments.
  

• Verify financial records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  

• Prepare audit working papers and maintain proper documentation.
  

• Perform account reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
  

• Assist in reviewing financial statements and accounting records.
  

• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
  

• Collect and analyze financial data required for audit procedures.
  

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for audit-related information.
  

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
  

• Perform other finance and audit-related tasks assigned by senior auditors.
  

Eligibility

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or a related field.
  

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting and auditing principles.
  

• Understanding of GST and taxation concepts is an added advantage.
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  

• Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software is preferred.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
