Job Title: Accounts Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to join our finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain practical experience in accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and financial operations while working in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records.
  

• Support bookkeeping and ledger management.
  

• Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.
  

• Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
  

• Support GST documentation and basic taxation activities.
  

• Perform data entry using accounting software.
  

• Maintain and organize financial records and supporting documents.
  

• Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS reports.
  

• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
  

• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in financial documentation.
  

Eligibility

• B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
  

• Freshers only.
  

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  

• Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books is an added advantage.
  

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
