Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Increase cattle feed market share in the assigned territory.
• Identify and appoint new distributors/dealers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with veterinarians, dairy farmers, and channel partners.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

Distributor & Dealer Management

• Manage distributor inventory and secondary sales.
• Ensure timely order booking and collections.
• Monitor distributor ROI and business performance.
• Resolve distributor and customer concerns promptly.

Farmer Engagement

• Conduct farmer meetings, dairy seminars, and product demonstrations.
• Educate farmers on cattle nutrition and feeding practices.
• Promote company products through field activities and village campaigns.

Market Intelligence

• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
• Identify opportunities for new product launches.

Collection & Compliance

• Ensure timely payment collection from distributors and customers.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and credit limits.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
