Sales Executive Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Sales Executive to promote and sell Easy Smart Shop Software to retail businesses, SMEs, and shop owners. The role involves engaging potential customers, explaining product benefits, handling objections, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and explain Easy Smart Shop Software features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Identify customer needs and match them with suitable software solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.
  • Follow up with interested prospects to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve sales strategies and product features.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • experience sales, or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills in Marathi and Hindi .
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of retail/SME operations is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
