Techno-Functional Business Analyst (End-to-End Project Delivery)

Location: Hyderabad, India (Work From Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (No Work From Home)

Shift Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST OR 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM IST

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while managing projects from requirement gathering through successful deployment.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and hands-on technical knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development tools. This role requires complete ownership of project delivery, ensuring successful implementation from initiation to production.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.
• Analyze business problems and propose effective technical solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
  
  

End-to-End Project Delivery

• Manage the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering to deployment and production support.
• Plan project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and production releases.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
  
  

Technical Responsibilities

• Work in an AI-assisted development environment using Claude Desktop (Claude Code) or similar AI tools.
• Manage source code using Git repositories and version control best practices.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for Boards, Repositories, Pipelines, and Release Management.
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.
• Write and analyze SQL queries and understand database schemas.
• Work with Azure Portal services for application deployment and management.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cosmos DB, or DynamoDB is an added advantage.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end project delivery.
• Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines).
• Experience with Azure Portal.
• Strong knowledge of Git repositories and version control.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Good knowledge of SQL databases, query writing, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• Healthcare IT or Government project experience.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Knowledge of Azure Boards or Jira.
• Awareness of security and compliance standards such as SOC 2 and HITRUST.
  
  

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
